TOM WOZNICA, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Tom Woznica is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is dedicated to blending healthcare and fitness for long lasting health. With experience in post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and strength training, Tom saw that traditional healthcare wasn’t effective or personalized enough, so he set out to revolutionize this outdated approach. He founded Redeem Physical Therapy & Performance, offering a comprehensive physical therapy and overall health model that prioritizes personalized care and lifestyle programs.

Recognizing that health is more than just clinic visits, Tom designed a hybrid PT and fitness approach that allows you to access your tailored programs through his app anytime, anywhere.

​

Outside of the clinic, you can find Tom hanging out with his family and friends, in the gym or enjoying the outdoors.
